Description
Lashes Vol 2. (Party Edition) are designed to deliver dramatic volume, enhanced length, and a striking, multi-dimensional finish. Featuring denser lash layering and a fluttery, winged silhouette, this style adds instant glamour to bold eye looks, smoky eyes, and special event makeup.
Step-by-Step Application Guide
1. Prep & Curl
-
Curling: Give your natural lashes a firm squeeze with an eyelash curler.
-
Mascara Base: Apply a coat of mascara to your natural lashes first. This creates a sturdy shelf to support the extra weight and density of party lashes.
2. Measure & Custom Trim
-
Measure Width: Lift the lashes gently from the tray using tweezers. Place the band along your lash line starting slightly away from the inner corner.
-
Trim to Fit: Party lashes often have longer outer flares. Trim the excess from the outer edge using small nail scissors so the band doesn’t droop or pull down the outer corner of your eye.
3. Flex the Band
-
Party edition lashes typically feature a thicker, structured band to support the dense fibers.
-
Gently curve the lash band into a “U” shape back and forth between your thumb and index finger for 5 seconds to break the rigidity and make it conform comfortably to your eye shape.
4. Apply Lash Glue
-
Sweep a thin, even coat of lash adhesive along the entire band.
-
Add a tiny extra dot of glue to both the inner and outer ends of the band to prevent peeling during long events.
-
Wait 30 Seconds: Let the adhesive get tacky so it grips instantly on contact.
5. Position & Lock in Place
-
Look down into a mirror, keeping your eyes half-open.
-
Place the center of the band right in the middle of your lash line, then anchor the outer corner followed by the inner corner.
-
Fuse: Use a lash applicator or your fingers to press the band firmly against your lash roots, pinching your natural lashes and the false lashes together.
Pro Tips for Party Night Wear
-
Hide the Band: Because party lashes have a slightly thicker band, trace a thin line of black liquid or gel eyeliner over the band to melt it completely into your eye makeup.
-
All-Night Hold: If you expect to dance or wear them for many hours, double-down by applying a swipe of Lash Glue Liner along your lid in addition to glue on the band.
-
Post-Party Cleaning: Gently dissolve the glue using an oil-based eye makeup remover on a cotton pad before removing. Clean off residue and store the pair in their original tray to preserve their curl for the next occasion.
