Application Steps & Placement

1. Prep the Base

   • Apply foundation, concealer, and setting powder as usual.

   • Since baked formulas are pressed powders, applying them over set liquid makeup ensures smooth, patch-free blending.

2. Apply Contour / Bronzer Shade

   • Hollows of Cheeks: Sweep under the cheekbones, blending upward toward the top of the ear.

   • Jawline & Hairline: Dust lightly along the jawline and outer edges of the forehead/temples to add dimension.

   • Nose: Lightly shade the sides of the nose bridge if desired.

3. Apply Highlight Shade

   • High Points of Cheeks: Sweep over the top of the cheekbones.

   • Center of Face: Lightly apply to the bridge of the nose, Cupid’s bow, brow bone, and center of the chin.

Key Tips for Baked Formulas

• Dry Application (Natural Finish): Use a fluffy fan brush or soft angled powder brush for a subtle, everyday luminous glow.

• Wet Application (Intense Glow): Lightly dampen your brush with water or a setting spray before dipping into the baked highlighter to intensify the metallic shimmer/pigment.

• Blending: Always blend contour shades upward to lift the face rather than dragging color downward.
